Progetto Emilia

Presidente

Emilia-Romagna is one of the most unique regions in Italy. Rich in culture and innovation. Here we find the Italian Motor Valley, some of the most important agri-food companies, a cutting-edge biomedical district, and the world’s top ceramic companies. ‘’PROGETTO EMILIA’’ involves the creation of the most important international transport company in the Emilian area.

 

The project entails the merger of 3 companies, all already part of the Savino del Bene group:

  • Embassy Freight Services in Reggio Emilia
  • Leonardi in Sassuolo
  • General Noli in Modena

Progetto General Noli

Progetto Emilia, launched in July 2022, is expanding its horizons. After incorporating Leonardi from Sassuolo and Embassy from Reggio Emilia into General Noli, the next step is to integrate Savitransport, a Tuscan international shipping company with over 40 years of experience, specializing in the fashion sector. Savitransport was recently merged into General Noli in Italy and the United States.

 

With Savitransport onboard, General Noli strengthens its capabilities in the shipping sector, offering logistical solutions of all kinds and value-added services such as Purchase Order (PO) Management and Carrier Contract Management.

The project merges three companies already part of the Savino del Bene group:

– Embassy Freight Services in Reggio Emilia
– Leonardi in Sassuolo
– General Noli in Modena

These brands will operate as a single entity while maintaining their individual status.

This merge has formed an organization of 300 people specialized in international ocean and air transportation and value-added services.
