Enhancement of human capital: a key component of the Savino Del Bene Group

The Savino Del Bene Group considers human capital its main resource. The skills of our 3,000 employees are the real added value of General Noli. As the president, Gianluca Pirotta puts it, “There is no achievement without full commitment, dedication to work, and passionate performance.”
This is why the relentless pursuit of General Noli’s corporate growth over 43 years has encompassed human, social, and cultural elements.

SPONSORSHIP/CHARITABLE INITIATIVES

Savino Del Bene Volley: Sponsorship of the Scandicci Florence Women’s Volleyball Team enabled the Savino Del Bene Volleyball Team to qualify for Serie A1 in the 2013/2014 championship and win its first trophy: the 2021–2022 Challenge Cup. At General Noli, we also support sports because they represent the values we believe in: active living, togetherness, shared goals, and a love of community.

Abbey of San Salvatore and San Lorenzo in Settimo: Through a major 2019 donation, the Savino Del Bene Group supported the renovation and reunification of the Abbey of San Salvatore and San Lorenzo in Settimo 236 years after its split. This religious and cultural symbol contributes a strong historical and artistic value to the area.

Los Quinchos: Every year, we collect food and basic necessities to send to Los Quinchos, a charity that provides hospitality and support to abandoned and abused children in Nicaragua.

ADMO (Italian Bone marrow donor association): Our Group supports ADMO (Italian Bone marrow donor association) and encourages all our employees to register as potential donors, while raising community awareness about the importance of this initiative.
